Though still expensive at approximately £250+ per person, this includes 5 hours unlimited use of both the Blue Lagoon and Retreat Lagoon, Blue Lagoon Ritual, access to the Retreat Spa and Spa Restaurant and a private changing suite.
The price of the day spa significantly increases during the Winter months of December and January, nearing more £500 per person.

Not only are the boutique designer rooms at Skálakot Manor Hotel a pleasure to stay at, to top it off they have a wonderful small modern spa on-site with great facilities!
At just an additional 4500 ISK per person (approx. £25) you can unwind in their large plunge pool hot tub and sauna with great Icelandic countryside views.
If you book one of their amazing massages on offer during your stay, such as hot stone, full body or simple, the spa access is then included in the price.
To us, it’s a no brainer and great value for money, you’re just going to have to book a massage!
Skálakot Manor Hotel is very well known for its horseback riding day tours! After a long day of riding in the crisp Icelandic air, there’s no better way to warm up than to soak away in the spa.
Getting to Skálakot Manor Hotel: Skálakot Manor Hotel is a 2 hour 30 minute drive away (180km) from Keflavík Airport (KEF), Iceland’s main International airport.
The best way to get to Skálakot Manor Hotel is to rent a car if possible, as it gives you more freedom to explore the surrounding South coast during your stay.
This is a special place – the kind hearted staff go out of their way to make it special. The food is superb, the spa and massage excellent.

Hotel Ísland is a highly recommend 4* hotel, located in the centre of Reykjavik city. Part of the hotel experience is their spa and wellness offering, which can be found at their Silfra Spa.
The Silfra Spa, though relatively small in size, features first-class facilities such as float pools, saunas and a modern gym.
You can book a whole host of treatments, including hot stone, express, deep tissue, relaxation, maternity and couples massages. Alternative options are rejuvenating facial therapy acids, face masks, eyebrows and eyelashes plus hair treatment and reparation.
Finish off a perfect afternoon of pampering in the Silfra Spa lounge, enjoying a nutritious lunch or hot drinks whilst wrapped up in your fluffy robes.
We recommend when booking a stay here to make sure you select the option where free spa access is included in your room rate. This is notably a good option suggested by previous guests, otherwise you have to pay per entry per person.
