What a lovely peaceful place. Perfectly tucked away, amazing views and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! The kids loved the ride in the gator and the chocolate in the welcome pack!!! Nice touch, and walking distance from a couple of nice pubs.

The piece and quiet and the forest walking. the dome stayed in was very nice and the bed sooo comfortable.will definitely go again in the future the staff were very friendly and helpful and polite very rare in some places to be all three keep it up.

Set on a raised decking nestled in the Yorkshire Dales countryside, stay in the wonderfully cosy and gorgeously decorated yurt structure, featuring 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds, perfect for couples or small families.
Enjoy star-gazing with some bubbly in the soothingly warm hot tub on the outdoor decking, as well as outdoor seating and wood log burner. Dogs are welcome to also stay here with no additional charges!

What a lovely place to spend my birthday The units are absolutely beautiful, what I would describe as a cross between a yurt and a log cabin and the owners have thought of absolutely everything when it came to kitting it out, a proper home from home. There is only three pods on the site so it’s lovely and private and not particularly overlooked.

The grounds are kept immaculate and so are the pods, it smelt absolutely beautiful when we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these pods. Lovely for a cosy romantic weekend or week away, cuddling up by the log fire. The owners were absolutely lovely and if we asked for anything, extra logs barbecue coals etc they were delivered straight away. We will definitely return.

The pods were fantastic! Clean, comfortable and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything we may need and were extremely friendly and accommodating. We wished we could have stayed longer than 2 night. The hot tub was a real bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day of walking.

Pods are well equipped with almost everything you need for a short stay. Bed and couch are comfortable. Also a joy to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun go down and look at the wildlife. Good location for exploring and very quiet.

Location was fantastic for the views, the hot tub was brilliant, the pod space had been planned and finished well. Perfect for two of us to get away for a few days but still have a bit of privacy and creature comforts compared to standard camping! Lovely shepherd’s hut, beautifully designed and equipped to a very high standard. Very comfortable & warm on a chilly autumn weekend, well laid out including full bathroom and kitchen facilities. Claire our host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing a generous welcome pack and thoughtful extras. The covered seating area in the enclosed garden is a real asset, with spectacular views. Blankets and a chimera also provided!

Lowgingerfield Shepherds Hut is an idyllic retreat on the ground of a Georgian B&B, and surrounded by a host of tame farm animals who love to be hand fed and say hello to you.
Perfect for two people, the Shepherd’s Hut interior is immaculate and beautifully designed. There is a bedroom area with TV, private kitchenette with fridge, toaster and kettle and a private bathroom with plumbed toilet and shower.
Outside, there are BBQ facilities, terrace and patio.
